Rumors, Rumors and More Rumors
Below is the letter from the from the Allen County Planning Commission. Not sure how many people received the letter but the first clue for many was a parade of dump trucks going from Falcon Creek down Tamiami Trail, down Worthington Dr. to Galloway Cove and into the proposed land now owned by the Tazian's. Per people who were home at the time, they could actually feel the trucks unloading the loads of fill dirt.
After hearing the dump trucks or getting the letter the residents along Worthington/Galloway started wondering what was going to be built. Of course the rumors started with small Villaminiums, calls to the County Highway Department to see if they can use the streets for access to the site, and calls to the Planning Commission, Jeff Thomas and the Tazian's. The only one that provided information was the Highway Department and they supposedly stated that the streets could NOT be used for construction access.
